The Air Jordan 1 Mid UNC draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s alma mater for a fresh new look on the mid-top silhouette. The famous University Blue of the University of North Carolina shines bright on this eye-pleasing colorway of the Jordan 1 Mid with the color covering the Swooshes and collar. A white leather base spans the perforated toe, mid-panel and heel. Additional hits of Carolina Blue can be found on the Wings logo on the collar and Jumpman branding on the white nylon tongue tab. Jordan Brand opts for an always classy white rubber midsole and contrasting light blue outsole to finish off the styling of the shoe.
Jordan Brand is releasing a new Air Jordan 1 Mid which comes highlighted in ‘Digital Pink’ and is part of their women’s collection. This special pair releases exclusively for the ladies with a brand new edition that houses a variety of different shades of pink. Lighter shades paint the midfoot while darker and brighter pinks dress the forefoot and heel all while mixing in different texturized materials of leather and suede. Taking a break from the pink, a white Nike Swoosh graces the sides while a matching midsole and pink outsole finish off the effortless design. Super light pink Swooshes stretch across the side panels of this Pink AJ1, adding a subtle touch of branding.
The upcoming release of the Air Jordan 1 Low Purple Magenta has been one of the hottest topics in the sneaker industry recently. The shoe applies asymmetrical color blocking to the classic silhouette, which originally debuted in the same year as its high-top counterpart. Both shoes carry a leather upper with white quarter panels and a contrasting navy finish on the eyestay and forefoot overlay. The left shoe features purple leather on the toe box, collar and Swoosh, while the heel overlay is rendered in neutral grey. The right shoe features magenta and orange coloring in the same areas. The mismatched dynamic is repeated on the collar lining and rubber outsole, featuring yellow on the left shoe and pink on the right.
